Meet the team

A tackle shop is nothing without a good team behind it. Whether it be the staff in the shop, the bait suppliers, rod builders, pro team or simply the regular customer base, each and every person involved plays an integral part in our success.

We have a wealth of knowledge at our disposal, boasting several members of the English national set up on hand to offer advice and share their knowledge to anyone who asks.

Tom Bagnall

Chief, Skipper, Boss, Senior Tea Drinker, or whatever you want to call him really. He is a current member of the England Squad and has three silver medals to his name, he loves competing in beach matches, winning numerous medals and trophies both at home and abroad.

Toby Oldfield

Toby started with us as a work experience lad at the age of 14, since then he has become a full time senior member of staff and represented England at Junior, Youth and Senior levels no fewer than 8 times, winning an impressive 7 medals in the process.

Mitch "Mirch" Ireland

Mirch is a legend in the making, we're not sure how long it'll take to make him, but we're getting there. He is an out and out Carp specialist, what he doesn't know about carp fishing isn't worth knowing.

Callum Graham

Callum started out as a Saturday lad at the age of 12 and went on to become a full time member of staff before leaving for University in 2016, in that time he has gone on to represent England at Junior and Youth levels 14 times and has won a phenomenal 13 medals including being crowned Individual World Champion in 2012.

David Graham

Father of Callum, David has been one of the team for many years, helping out whenever he can. He has been the manager of the England Junior team an impressive 8 times, winning an incredible 7 medals along the way. He was integral in the set up of the Talent Pathway too. There are a huge number of young anglers across the country who are hugely grateful of Dave’s tireless work.

Abby Bagnall

Do you want to talk to the man in charge or the woman who knows what’s going on… A familiar phrase and very apt for us. Abby is Tom’s wife and co-owner of the business. Although her knowledge of fishing may not be up there with the rest, her organisational skills ensure the shop runs like clockwork on a daily basis.
